1) In a PDF export of the Guide, the screenshot image is replaced by a large blank rectangle anytime there is an annotation for the image. This is a bug!

2) Video steps are not shown in PDF Guide. As a result, the number of steps shown in the PDF don't align at all with the guide or tour. This discrepancy can be confusing for end users who may be referencing the different formats for support and looking for consistency in the steps. To resolve this, please consider adding a screenshot of the beginning frame of the video image for the step.

3) As a result of video steps not being shown in the PDF export, description text for the videos also do not appear. This means any important information related to the video content is being omitted from the PDF. Please keep this text and show a video screenshot in the PDF in place of the entire video.
